As a Product Manager, your mission is to be responsible for developing a selling product range for our retail chains Guldfynd, Albrekts Guld, and Hallbergs Guld. You have overall responsibility for the assortment, sales, purchasing, and budget for the product group, and you actively work to develop and optimize the assortment through continuous follow-up and analysis, as well as ensuring that the company's margin goals are met. Furthermore, you participate in the planning and execution of marketing and activities for your product group. As a Product Manager, you also have contact with our suppliers and other partners regarding assortment, prices, and quality. To be suitable for the position, you should:

• Have experience in product development within retail.
• Have a good understanding of the flow of goods from purchasing to store.
• Have a relevant education for the position.
• Be skilled in using the Office suite, especially Excel. Experience with AX Dynamics or Adobe is an advantage.
• Have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Be stress-resistant and able to keep many things going at the same time.
• Be analytical, proactive, and goal-oriented.
• Have knowledge and interest in fashion, jewelry, and trends.
• Have good collaboration skills and a positive attitude.
• Be willing to travel as needed to attend trade fairs and supplier visits.

The position is based at our office in Varberg, and you will work in a creative environment on-site in the product department. The role includes personnel responsibility for a team with one or more assistants, and you will report to the Division Manager. You will have close contact with the marketing department, fellow product managers, and the logistics and retail departments. For the right person, this is an exciting position with many challenges and great opportunities for development. However, it requires that you are willing and able to invest a lot of time, energy, and commitment. You must be good at planning your work but be able to quickly adapt and be flexible when needed. The position places high demands on independence and initiative. The position is a 6-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension. We are conducting interviews on an ongoing basis, so the position may be filled before the application deadline. The assortment consists of gold, silver, and costume jewelry, with watches and gift items as complements. Today, IDUNA is represented throughout Sweden by Guldfynd with 119 stores, Hallbergs Guld with 35 stores, and Albrekts Guld with 39 stores. Since 2015, Lyxxa in Väla Helsingborg has also been part of the group. The Golden Heights Group has approximately 1465 employees, including part-time employees. The turnover in 2020 was approximately 1.6 billion SEK. The group company in Finland consists of Kultajousi with 70 stores, as well as Westerback and Alexander Tillander, each with one store.
